The “GoBeeTravel.com” website (the “Site”) operates and sells self-guided content tours and serves as a representative site for “BeeTravel”. You are invited to take part in it subject to your agreement to the terms of use detailed below.
In addition, the use of this site with all its content and the services offered on it, downloads of files, media such as images and videos, and the various content offered to visitors may change from time to time or according to the type of content.
The site management reserves the right to update the terms of use presented below from time to time and without notice or special mention in the site’s various channels. Using the product in the field requires an internet connection; likewise, on kosher or filtered phones some of the videos will not work. - Intellectual property
The site, as well as all the information in it, including the site design, the site code, media files including graphics, videos, images, texts, files offered for download, the interface style and the user experience, and any other material displayed on the site, belong entirely to this site and constitute the exclusive intellectual property of “GoBeeTravel.com”, and may not be used without prior written permission from “GoBeeTravel.com”.
In addition, you may not distribute, copy, duplicate, publish, imitate or process pieces of code, graphics, videos, trademarks or any other media and content without holding prior written permission. Likewise, tours may not be purchased on the site for the purpose of imitating the product or building a similar product, or for the purpose of drawing inspiration or any kind of learning. - Site content
We strive to provide you with the information presented on the site without interruptions, but due to technical considerations, third-party faults or others, there may be interruptions in the site’s availability. Therefore we cannot guarantee that the site will be available to you at all times, and no monetary or other compensation will be given due to a service interruption or the site being taken down.
Links to external sites do not constitute a guarantee that they are safe, high-quality or reliable sites, and visiting them is done at your own personal discretion only and is within the sole responsibility of the site user.

The site management reserves the right to block any user, whether by blocking their computer’s IP address, their computer’s MAC ID, or even according to country of origin, without needing to provide a reason acceptable to the visitor.
The site team / management will do everything in its power to protect the details of the users registered on the site / subscribers registered on the site. Use of the interface requires the accompaniment of an adult [over the age of 18]. In any case there will be no claim, argument or demand against the “GoBeeTravel.com” site team. - Cancellation and refund terms
After the purchase you will receive full access to all the tour content, and it will be available to you throughout the entire subscription period. If for any reason you wish to request a refund, you can contact us by email, and a refund or subscription extension will be given only at the discretion of the site team.
When purchasing a group product (“more than one user”), the refund is conditional on the product not being used; use of the product is defined as early as the stage of distributing the permits to the team members.
In any case of a refund, operating and clearing fees of 5% will not be returned. - Rules of conduct on tours
We have invested a great deal of effort and knowledge to bring you to the secret and special places in each tour. We do not want to create damage or a burden on the residents and the character of the places, so with any use of the products you undertake to behave appropriately, to arrive dressed according to what was defined in the tour information (modestly if needed), and not to make noise, litter or harm the environment. - Fair disclosure
This site may use cookie files (especially for registered users and subscribers) and internal statistics interfaces in order to keep an anonymous statistical record of visitors and to analyze visitor traffic, browsing habits on the site, and analysis of clicks and time spent.
At all times, except for visitors logged into the site, the stored information is completely anonymous and does not contain the visitor’s name or any other identifying detail. - Jurisdiction
When you use the site, and in a case where any dispute arises, you agree hereby that the above is under the exclusive jurisdiction of Israeli law, using the Israeli court system only, in the Jerusalem District. - Actual use of the interface

Affiliate program
By registering for the affiliate program you declare that you understand how the affiliate program works, that it is clear to you what commission you receive and under what conditions.
Rewards for purchasing your content on the site: for every purchase of your content on the site you will receive a pre-set percentage of the purchase total. The payment will be transferred after it is already “impossible to cancel or refund the customer according to the agreement”, less VAT as required by law, and against an invoice / payment request issued once a month.
Tracking royalties: every content writer is registered on the site in the affiliate system and can track the purchases themselves.
The royalty percentage amount: according to what was agreed in writing and entered into the affiliate management system.
Guides / content writers
By registering on the site as a guide or content writer for a tour, you undertake that all the texts and content are original and were not copied from another source. You also undertake not to use any image or other media that you do not have full ownership of, or written permission from the rights holders to use the media on the GoBeeTravel.com site. In any case where there is a claim or lawsuit by any rights holder regarding the use of material you transferred to us at “GoBeeTravel.com”, there will be no liability, and full responsibility will be on the content writer. The content writer authorizes “GoBeeTravel.com” to use the materials they sent and the finished tour, including the distribution of coupons and discounts for the purpose of promoting the project, and without any other restriction on the use of the materials, unless agreed otherwise by email between the parties. At any stage, each of the parties may request to terminate the agreement between the content writer and “GoBeeTravel.com”, with 14 days written notice (email). If the content was transferred in full by the content writer, all rights to the content will be returned to its writer. If the content was prepared in collaboration with additional parties, an agreement must be reached and a reasonable place found to continue using the content in another framework. In any case, no use may be made of content built for the benefit of the “GoBeeTravel.com” site in any venture or platform outside the site without written consent from the site management.
