New olim may be eligible for support from the Student Authority for Olim. Academic guidance, evaluation of foreign degrees and, of course,  scholarships are available.

The Municipality provides services for young adults – developing and realizing the potential of all young people in Jerusalem with an emphasis on career development, social activism, connection and commitment to the city.
